Nice little cafe with a relatively large outdoor area. Lovingly furnished and run with love. Pies a bit small but nice. No professional service staff but very friendly and helpful. Everything you need for a relaxing afternoon.

Pretty little cozy cafe in the center of Bad Wörishofen. The service was fast. Access is at ground level and is designed to cope with walking difficulties. Although there were only 3 types of cake, but this was freshly baked and delicious. The offered coffee specialties are varied and very good. They are freshly prepared with a modern fully automatic machine. The price / performance ratio was okay. I paid for 2 large milk coffee + 2 pieces of cake 13,50 €.

Haughtiness comes before the event. Me and my partner thought we were dreaming what happened to us in this restaurant. As a former manager of three restaurants in Munich, I show a lot of understanding for mistakes. The disaster began with an ice cream that, according to the menu, should be from the Mövenpick. On the way to the toilet and back, I noticed the open ice chest in which the Sommerland brand and not Mövenpick could be seen. I know Mövenpick Pistachio and the difference in appearance and taste. Cheap glued together tables that showed rust approaches from below on the white lacquered feet which were covered with pink tablecloth that was torn. What kind of decoration was that? The ambience and the friendliness leave something to be desired. When paying, my request for a hospitality receipt was completely ignored several times. And that in 2018 !!!! Greetings from the tax office! If I had been told that it would be submitted on request, I would have been satisfied with it. After I informed the staff that I was the top-dated writer of the local guide with 6000 readers, I was ridiculously said goodbye without apologies. This catastrophe moved me to give this rating.
